Sauna at Cedar Lake

We are offering 75-minute wood-fired sauna sessions at Cedar Lake Point Beach in Minneapolis.

You will enjoy a series of sauna rounds cycling between the heat of the sauna and a natural cold plunge in Cedar Lake. We have options for communal and private sessions and can accommodate up to 12 people.

Dates

• Open Thursday - Sunday beginning the week of November 1st.

• The following month’s dates will be released for booking on the 15th of each month (e.g. November dates will release on October 15)

What’s included?

• Access to Little Ember wood-fired saunas and a natural cold plunge in Cedar Lake.

• A plethora of essential oil options to add to the steam.

Parking: There is limited paid parking in the lot where the saunas are parked. However, there is plenty of street parking available just steps away in the neighborhood across Cedar Lake Parkway.

• Single community seat (book below!)

  • $35 — (18+ only)

• $119 for a 4-pack of sessions (can be redeemed all on yourself or for a group of people)

• $357 to privately rent both saunas for a sauna party!

More Details

What to bring: Yourself, easy-to-slip-on/off sandals or flip-flops, a towel, robe (optional) to wear to and from the saunas, and a water bottle to stay hydrated.

What to wear: We recommend arriving wearing your swimsuit underneath your clothes to dress down into before your session. We will have a small changing room available on site if needed.
